Certification Mark Terms
Effective November 6, 2026 · Version 2026-11-06
These terms apply when you download certification badges or certificates from the Portal. (Draft — review by Liquadry and the certifying bodies is pending.)
Who owns the marks
Certification marks, such as the USDA Organic seal, kosher and halal symbols, and non-GMO and gluten-free marks, are owned or controlled by their certifying bodies.
What a badge means
A downloaded badge shows that the Liquadry ingredient is certified. It does not certify your finished product.
Your responsibilities
You must follow each certifier's rules and the USDA National Organic Program's labeling rules, and you may need your own certification to make claims on finished goods.
Validity
Certificates are provided for verification and are valid only through the expiration date shown. Badges are removed from the Portal when a certificate expires.
