Terms of Use

These terms govern use of the Liquadry Customer Portal operated by LiquaDry, Inc.. By creating a login or using the Portal you agree to them on behalf of yourself and your company.
Accounts
Logins are personal. Keep your credentials confidential and tell us promptly about any unauthorized use. Your company's portal admin and Liquadry may add or remove users.
Requests are non-binding until confirmed
Order, sample and quote requests submitted in the Portal are requests only. They become binding only when Liquadry confirms them in writing (for example, an order confirmation), on the terms stated in that confirmation.
Forecasts
Forecasts are non-binding planning estimates. A forecast line marked COMMITTED is binding only if it is accepted in a separate written agreement between your company and Liquadry. (Draft — to be confirmed by Liquadry.)
Confidentiality
Pricing, availability, documents and other non-public information in the Portal are confidential to Liquadry and may be used only for your company's business with Liquadry.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to access other customers' data, probe or disrupt the Portal, upload malicious files, scrape it, or share access with third parties. We may suspend access to protect the Portal or other customers.
Documents and certification marks
Specification sheets, certificates and badges are provided for your evaluation of Liquadry ingredients. Use of certification marks is subject to the Certification Mark Terms.
Disclaimers and liability
The Portal is provided “as is”. Inventory, availability and order information are shown for convenience and may lag our systems. To the extent permitted by law, Liquadry is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Portal.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; we will ask you to accept material changes at your next sign-in. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah.
