Privacy Policy
Effective November 6, 2026 · Version 2026-11-06
This policy explains how LiquaDry, Inc. (“Liquadry”, “we”) handles information in the Liquadry Customer Portal and Console (the “Portal”). The Portal is a business-to-business tool for Liquadry's customers and staff.
Information we collect
- Business contact information: name, work email, phone, company and role, provided by you, your company, or our CRM.
- Login and usage logs: sign-in times, IP-derived security signals (stored hashed), device/browser type, and actions taken in the Portal for security and audit.
- Request, forecast and order data: order and sample requests, comments, forecasts, and order history imported from our ERP.
- Files you upload, such as purchase orders and attachments.
How we use it
To provide the Portal: sign-in, fulfilling requests, planning supply from forecasts, sharing documents and certificates, and customer support. To keep the Portal secure, including rate limiting, bot protection and audit logs. We do not sell personal information and do not use it for advertising.
Cookies and tracking
The Portal uses only strictly-necessary cookies: a session cookie that keeps you signed in and short-lived security cookies (for example, CSRF and sign-in state). Cloudflare Turnstile may run an invisible check on sign-in forms to block bots; it is strictly necessary for security. We do not use analytics pixels, advertising cookies or third-party trackers. Product usage statistics are first-party only and stored in our own database.
Service providers (processors)
We share information only with providers that help us run the Portal, under contracts that limit their use of it:
- Vercel: Application hosting and private file storage
- Neon: Database hosting
- Resend: Transactional email delivery
- Upstash: Rate limiting (security)
- Cloudflare Turnstile: Bot protection on sign-in forms (security)
- Microsoft: Single sign-on for Liquadry staff
- Zoho: Customer relationship management (Liquadry's CRM)
- Intuit QuickBooks: Invoicing and accounts receivable (Liquadry's accounting system)
Retention
- User accounts: for the life of the membership plus 30 days, then deleted.
- Order requests, forecasts, SAP order history and invoices: 7 years, as commercial records.
- Raw import files: 90 days. Document download logs: 3 years. Audit logs: at least 1 year. Sessions: until they expire.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is limited by role, Liquadry staff must use two-step verification, and customer data is isolated per account at the database level.
Your choices and rights
You can update your profile and email preferences in the Portal. To request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, use the privacy request form at /privacy-request or email us. We respond within 45 days.
